Harjeet Singh was admitted to the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn on the 5th day of September 1981 and was called to the Degree of an Utter Barrister on the 24th day of November 1981.

Harjeet Singh was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court in Singapore on 13th October 1982.

He also specialises in employment law having regularly advised and represented major corporations as well as high-net worth individuals. He is adept at handling complex disputes. He has also acted in shareholder and business disputes, employment disputes and fraud claims.

Harjeet Singh is the Managing Partner of Harjeet Singh & Co.

Harjeet Singh’s practice spans a wide range of matters, including Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Criminal Law, Company Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Divorce, Custody, Maintenance, Assets Division, Employment Law, Immigration Matters, Landlord and Tenant, Monetary Claims, Negotiating and Drafting Contracts, Negligence Claims (general including Traffic Accidents, Industrial Accidents and Workmen’s Compensation, Probate).

He also volunteers as a pro bono lawyer under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme and at On-Site Legal Clinic at the State Courts.

Harjeet Singh also handles cases for the Legal Aid Bureau.

He is actively involved in grassroots organisations including a Member of Jalan Kayu CCC and was a Chairman of Jalan Kayu Zone 6 Residents Committee.
